从离体再生途径、影响因素、遗传转化、存在问题等方面对火炬松组织培养研究和应用进展作了介绍和讨论, 以期对同类树种相关研究的开展提供参考。

Abstract:

Recent progress in research and application of loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) in vitro culture was introduced and discussed. This review focused on regeneration programs, influencing factors, genetic transformation and existing problems. It was aimed to provide references to related studies on other similar tree species.
